CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom Orders come in S, M, L. Please include the size you want, color, and other specific measurements that may apply.

Due to the work and time involved, custom orders will take approximately 4 weeks to ship. Once the dress is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery on Custom Orders.

Any cancellations to custom orders must be made within 48 hours of initial payment. All custom orders are final sale.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
*At Present, due to limited quantity, we will ship domestic and international orders within 7 days after payment has been received.

DOMESTIC ORDERS
All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). All packages are tracked. Shipping costs are paid for by the customer. Shipping fees are based on weight and delivery location. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking number will be provided. Risk of loss and title of merchandise shipped internationally will pass on to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes applied once a shipment reaches your country. The customer is responsible for these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary from country to country. For details, contact your local customs office.

TAXES
Tax charges are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates for the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.

Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
At this time, we are only offering an exchange or store credit for any item that is not completely satisfactory. Exchanges must be in original condition, bear no signs of wear or damage, and with all tags attached.

You will be responsible for shipping cost for exchanges. We do not refund shipping charges for exchange items. Please ship your exchanges by insured, certified mail. Exchange items will receive free shipping.

All domestic items must be returned for exchange within 7 days from the date of shipment.
International items are accepted for exchange within 14 days from the date of shipment.

CHANGE and CANCELLATIONS
Please notify us within 24 hours of confirmation for any changes or cancellations made to the order.

When you purchase from us, we send your credit card information, name and billing address to credit card companies for verification and to authorize your purchase. However, for your security, we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties of any kind.
